ABOUT ME
Dr. Christine Turrentine, PT, DPT, RYT-500, IWHC, ECC offers unique solutions for health and wellness. She is a Certified Grief Practitioner, Life & Wellness Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Meditation Instructor, and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). She has a particular interest in Grief & Loss support. Christine’s first experience with loss was at the age of 23, when her Mom died very suddenly. She has over 16 years of experience working with clients as a healthcare provider.
Christine is a certified Grief practitioner through the Conscious Grieving Network, trained under Claire Bidwell Smith. Christine completed her Yoga Teacher training with Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom of Holistic Yoga Flow. She leads online yoga and meditation classes with Inner Dimension TV. She has taught anatomy and physiology as part of multiple yoga teacher training. Christine is a dual-certified Health Coach and Life Coach. She completed her Health Coach certification (IWHC) with the Integrative Women’s Health Institute in 2022. In 2024 she completed a Master Life Coach Certification (ECC) with the Elementum Coaching Institute.
Christine is driven by working closely with her clients to face the deepest part of themselves with compassion, establish habits that enrich their health, and lead a full life – body, mind, and spirit.
