Practice with me on Inner Dimension TV

Inner Dimension TV

Building a Healthy Spine for Life is a 5-class series with Christine Turrentine which will give you tools to build a resilient spine through spinal mobility, strength, and energetic balance.  Each class is 20 minutes in length with 3 power practices and 2 gentle practices.

Through practices addressing the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine you will build on the themes of grounding, spinal mobility and self-acceptance.  Learn why mobility is important, why building a stable and healthy core is key, and how finding balance of energetic chakra centers is important to creating a healthy spine.

Also included is a guide to reducing inflammation in your body, which is key to vitality.

Your body is not simply a sum of parts! Each of your muscles, joints, and tissues works collectively to produce movement. Join Christine in this 7-class series where each 20-minute class focuses on one specific area of the body. The classes address the body in seven regions: the Neck, Shoulders, Upper Back, Lower back, Hips, Knees, & Lower Leg/Feet.

Learn how each region is connected to the entire body, release tension and tightness in your muscles, and move through postures meant to balance, and center your entire being.

When we tap into the voice of our inner teacher we are connected to intuition and the call of our deepest intentions. We develop a deep trust in our body, our abilities, and our breath. During this yin yoga practice Christine will guide you through a series of postures to draw your focus inwards, creating space to listen to the subtle callings of your soul. Using sequencing, quotes, stories, and wisdom, you will create space for stillness, a place where transformation can arise from the callings of your heart. Join Christine in this yin practice to open to the possibilities lying in the transformative power of intuition.
